1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "win021", "we", "us", "our" refers to the win021 platform and its operating entity, accessible at win021.cam.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a win021 account.
• "Platform" refers to the win021 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized pages, and any services offered therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created upon completing win021's registration process.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on win021, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) win021 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, same device, same IP address, or via shared household connections — is strictly prohibited. win021 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, win021 reserves the right to: (a) merge the accounts; (b) suspend or permanently close all associated accounts; and (c) void any bonuses and winnings attributable to the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during the win021 registration process — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number — is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. win021 is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win021 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to: (a) not share your login credentials with any third party; (b) not allow any other person to access your account; (c) notify win021 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. win021 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

win021 is required under applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. The KYC verification process may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, UMID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued within three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account registered in your name)
• Selfie with identification document upon request

win021 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including without limitation upon account registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where win021 has reasonable grounds to believe that account activity warrants additional verification. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

win021 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). win021 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. win021 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. win021 targets the following processing timeframes, which are not guaranteed and may vary based on verification status, volume, and the player's chosen withdrawal method:

• GCash and Maya: 15 to 30 minutes (for fully verified accounts)
• InstaPay and QR Ph: Up to 2 hours
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Up to 24 hours

win021 reserves the right to place a reasonable hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspicious account activity. Funds held during an investigation are not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that the player has breached these Terms.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

win021 is committed to preventing money laundering and other financial crimes. win021 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored. win021 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or withhold funds pending investigation where required by law or regulation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

win021 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of issuance, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, win021 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to suspend the player's account.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on win021 are governed by the rules published within each game's interface and/or by the applicable game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. win021 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for all applicable games to ensure genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted using real physical equipment at licensed studios and are subject to the oversight of the relevant licensing authority.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information or provider documentation. Past outcomes in any game have no bearing on future results. No wagering strategy or system guarantees a profit, and win021 makes no such representations.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

win021 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise illegal activity;
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider;
• Request by the player for self-exclusion via win021's responsible gaming tools;
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation;
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Players may voluntarily close their win021 account at any time by contacting win021 customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works of, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of win021.

12. Limitation of Liability

win021's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

win021 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption; (b) the Platform will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components; or (c) the results of using the Platform will meet your expectations. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of win021 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms
